Practice doors are closed between 12pm-1pm daily, our telephone lines will remain open during this time.

Practice Closure:

Hough Green Health Park will be closed on Wednesday 29th July from 1pm for Practice Learning Time. If you need advice or help during this time please contact NHS111. Calls to 111 are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Our Opening times and telephone system have changed!!

From Monday 16th September 2019 our opening times changed to 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday. From this date our telephone lines and doors are open for patients to access and book our services. 
Also our telephone answering services have now changed please go to opening times tab and select 'Updated Telephone System' for further details.

For medical advice when the surgery is closed please call NHS 111 or logon to 111.nhs.uk If your call is an emergency please call 999.

Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete a travel form, available from reception, and hand it back to Reception Team asap for the practice nurses attention who will them contact you to discuss and make an appoitment.  Please ensure you do this in plenty of time before you travel.  This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible  - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment may be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations.  The Nurse will also give you important advice about looking after yourself whist on holiday or working abroad.
