Our practice doors will be closed between 12pm-1pm daily, our telephone lines will remain open during this time.
From Monday 15th June 2020 - In line with government recommendations we request all patients and visitors to wear face coverings at all times when attending our practice premises. A face covering can be anything from a mask to a scarf or anything suitable to cover your nose or mouth. Face coverings should not be used for children under the age of 2. We will not be supplying face coverings and patients will be required to bring their own. Thank you for your co-operation.

DO NOT come into surgery or attend A&E or Urgent Care Centres if you have a new continuous cough and or a high temperature above 37.8 degrees and or a loss of smell and taste. If you have these symptoms please self-isolate for 7 days, if you get worse or you do not improve after 7 days please call 111 for advice and guidance.
Changes to our appointments have been implemented in practice due to the recent outbreak of corona virus.
We have implemented an appointment triage system with immediate effect. Please call the practice and you will be asked by a member of our reception team what your symptoms are and booked in for a telephone triage appointment with one of our clinicians. Please ensure you have a nominated pharmacy for any prescriptions issued to sent to.
Any face to face appointments will be booked by the clinician when agreed during this triage consultation. Please ensure we have your correct contact details.

If you have any questions or queries regarding self-isolation, symptoms or MED 3 (sick note) please either go to 111.nhs.uk or call 111 who will offer guidance. Please do not ask our reception staff as we do not have the capacity to take these phone calls at the moment.
In line with the advice from NHS England we are suspending online bookings for appointments until further notice. This is to mitigate any risk that any potentially infected patients book appointments online or attend the practice. You can still order prescriptions on line via patient access.

Friends & Family Test (FFT)
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive from the NHS and to help improve services. From 1 December 2014, NHS England has made it a contractual requirement that all GP Practices undertake the FFT.
In order to provide this feedback, you can CLICK HERE which anonymously sends your response or you can pick up the questionnaire in the Practice and complete and post in the green posting box in the Practice Reception Area.
Onlne Access to Medical Records
We now offer Online access to your medical records at the Practice . This means that you are able to access the information you need, to make the right choices about the care you receive, giving you increased control over your own care and care records. Access will allow you to book appointments, order your repeat medication easily and quickly, over the internet from home, work or on the move, view some of the electronic medical information held about you in the GP system.
