Due to current COVID 19 pressure we will be closed between 12pm - 2pm each day for routine catch up.  If during this time you need to speak to a doctor urgently please call 0151 5115838 (please note this number will only be manned during 12pm-2pm).  We appreciate your support and understanding in these challenging times.

Our Opening times and telephone system have changed!!

From Monday 16th September 2019 our opening times changed to 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday. From this date our telephone lines and doors are open for patients to access and book our services. 
Also our telephone answering services have now changed please go to opening times tab and select 'Updated Telephone System' for further details.

For medical advice when the surgery is closed please call NHS 111 or logon to 111.nhs.uk If your call is an emergency please call 999.

When the surgery is closed the Out of Hours telephone number can be heard on the pre-recorded message when you ring the surgery.  The Out of Hours service operates for patients who have a genuine medical need which cannot wait until the practice is next open.  The Out of Hours service details are:

NHS 111 - calls are free to this service

Call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor. Or you can also access NHS 111 online by typing 111.nhs.uk

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
