Practice doors are closed between 12pm-1pm daily for administration time, phone lines are still open during this time.

When the surgery is closed the Out of Hours telephone number can be heard on the pre-recorded message when you ring the surgery.  The Out of Hours service operates for patients who have a genuine medical need which cannot wait until the practice is next open.  The Out of Hours service details are:

NHS 111 - calls are free to this service

Call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor. Or you can also access NHS 111 online by typing 111.nhs.uk

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
