Continue to wear face coverings in Practice
You MUST continue to wear a face covering when coming into our Practice even if you have had both vaccines you are still required to wear a face covering. If you are exempt please ensure you have your information to prove this. Please do not be offended if our staff ask you to wear a covering they are trying to protect you and themselves.

Please note Hough Green Health Park is open but access to our premises remains restricted, if you think you need to see a Doctor or Nurse you will be added to a telephone triage list, called by the clinician then booked an appointment if they feel it is appropriate.
As an alternative why not use e-consult you can get a reply within 48hrs, E-Consults are accessed by practice staff Monday-Friday between 8am-6.30pm only, you will receive a response to the e-consult within 48hrs. We do not have access over weekends or Bank Holidays to e-consult, If you need an urgent response during these times please contact NHS111. Click the image below to start an e-consult.
Our practice doors will be closed between 12pm-1pm daily for administration time, our telephone lines will remain open during this time.
In line with government recommendations we request all patients and visitors to wear face coverings at all times when attending our practice premises, even if you have had both vaccines you are still required to wear a face covering.
We are still in unprecedented times and ask that you keep supporting us and DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE without a pre booked appointment or before speaking to a member of our reception team via telephone. If you have a query please call 0151 5115805. If you are requesting medication please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy for us to send you prescription to electronically.
You should still NOT come into surgery or attend A&E or Urgent Care Centres if you have a new continuous cough and or a high temperature above 37.8 degrees and or a loss of smell and taste. If you have these symptoms please isolate and visit NHS 111 website www.111.nhs for advice and guidance or by telephone on 111.
Call 999 - if you feel very unwell or think there is something seriously wrong.

In line with the advice from NHS England we are suspending online bookings for appointments until further notice. This is to mitigate any risk that any potentially infected patients book appointments online or attend the practice. You can still order prescriptions on line via patient access.

Friends & Family Test (FFT)
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive from the NHS and to help improve services. From 1 December 2014, NHS England has made it a contractual requirement that all GP Practices undertake the FFT.
In order to provide this feedback, you can CLICK HERE which anonymously sends your response or you can pick up the questionnaire in the Practice and complete and post in the green posting box in the Practice Reception Area.
Onlne Access to Medical Records
We now offer Online access to your medical records at the Practice . This means that you are able to access the information you need, to make the right choices about the care you receive, giving you increased control over your own care and care records. Access will allow you to book appointments, order your repeat medication easily and quickly, over the internet from home, work or on the move, view some of the electronic medical information held about you in the GP system. You will be required to register for online access, and will be given a password to activate your account. Please go to www.patientaccess.com for more information.
