pill_spillYou can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or by putting it in the box in the practice reception. Email our reception team with your request at gp.n81119@nhs.net,  you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via the NHS app or patient access, simply following the link on this page and carrying out the simple registration.

Requests for antibiotics require 24 hour notice with a possible appointment with the GP.   If you require antibiotics urgently and we do not have any appointments left at the Practice you can attend the Widnes Urgent Care Centre.

Medication Reviews: Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, Clinical Pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.

Please remember to order in good time before Bank Holidays or your annual holiday.  Just make a note on your repeat request with the reason for ordering earlier than the prescription is due.
